The NYC Resource Helpline is a free, multilingual support line that helps residents find community programs, services, events, and support already available to them. It offers guidance during difficult situations, helping people navigate city services and understand their options. Short-term assistance or long-term support — the helpline provides clear, reliable information tailored to individual needs.
